01. Problem
SEO happens too late in the workflow. And sites are missing the AI shift.
The goal was to bring SEO, AI, and audience intelligence directly into the creative workflow. Sewow was designed as an embedded system that guides structure, content, and strategy in real time, enabling teams to build search-optimized experiences before publication, not after.
02. UX strategy
The UX strategy behind Sewow was built around one principle: SEO should feel native to creation, not external to it. Instead of designing another analytics dashboard, we designed an embedded guidance system that integrates into the creative workflow.
This translated into six core decisions: a workflow-first architecture structured around Audience, Content, and SEO; persona-driven intelligence to contextualize AI recommendations; real-time embedded guidance instead of static reports; Figma-native validation to optimize structure during design; progressive disclosure to balance simplicity and depth; and a 60-day archive system to ensure safe project management.

03. Visual Identity
Typography
Inter
Inter (Primary): Selected for its instant readability. In an interface packed with real-time SEO metrics, Inter ensures users can process dense information in a split second, providing a frictionless, utilitarian experience.
Space Grotesk
Space Grotesk (Display): To visually anchor the product in the AI era, the headings needed a distinct character. Space Grotesk provides this with its strict geometric proportions and tech-forward aesthetic. Used across main titles and the website, it injects a necessary touch of originality, setting the software apart from commonly used SaaS fonts while maintaining an unmistakable "AI-ready" personality.
Colours
The interface relies on an off-white background and deep charcoal text to maximize readability and reduce visual fatigue. Against this neutral base, the violet-blue, azure, and lavender hues are deployed specifically for CTAs and graphic elements, instantly drawing the eye to key AI features.

Logo
I custom-drew the Sewow logotype with continuous, wave-like strokes to visually reflect a fluid and seamless creative workflow. Extracted as a standalone brand mark, the favicon's upward trajectory acts as a rising growth chart to symbolise a continuous boost in rankings.

Graphic elements
SEO is traditionally perceived as a complex, closed community. To make Sewow feel accessible and approachable, I introduced soft, vibrant geometric elements alongside our signature purple palette. These playful shapes soften the data-heavy interface, transforming daunting technical tasks into an intuitive, friendly experience.

04. Final Product
A unified toolkit that brings SEO insights upstream, right where creation happens.
Sewow synchronises directly with your Figma files, creating a live bridge between design and content. When you edit text within our platform, those changes are pushed to your Figma frames in real-time. This eliminates the need for manual copy-pasting, allowing writers and designers to collaborate seamlessly while ensuring SEO hierarchy and structure are perfected before a single line of code is written.

Canvas & Personas
Sewow comes with AI and so, with article canvas and your customized personas.
Both of these features will help AI to understand which audience you are targetting, and AI will give you recommendations to either rewrite your article or change your keyphrase / title / keywords etc...
05. Marketing & Website
Optimize your SEO from Figma and website.
The marketing website needed to reflect Sewow’s core philosophy: making SEO accessible, native, and friendly. Instead of overwhelming potential users with complex data and technical jargon, the landing page is designed for clarity, approachability, and conversion.
